1) Data collection when you visit our website
If you only use our website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you visit our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. 3) Contact
When you contact us (e.g. using the contact form or email), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (required to carry out pre-contractual measures). Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed.
4) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing
Contract processing
In accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, personal data are collected and processed if you provide them to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above address of the person responsible. We save and use the data you provide to process the contract. After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be deleted, taking into account tax and commercial retention periods (currently 7 years).
5) Hosting

We use the shopify shop system for the purpose of hosting and displaying the online shop on the basis of processing on our behalf. All data collected on our website are processed on shopify servers. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the execution of the contract.
6) Data processing for order processing
6.1 To process your order, we work together with the following service provider (s) who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
6.2 Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers
- Österreichische Post
If the delivery of the goods is carried out by the transport service provider Österreichische Post (Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, Rochusplatz 1, 1030 Vienna, Austria), we will give your e-mail address prior to delivery of the goods in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO for the purpose of agreeing a delivery date or to announce the delivery to Austrian Post, provided that you have given your express consent for this in the ordering process. Otherwise, we will only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to Austrian Post for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. 7) Web analytics services
- Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your device and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. 8) Use of your data for direct mail
8.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter
If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. By placing your order, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later point in time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter are used exclusively for the purpose of sending information by way of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the person responsible mentioned above. After you have unsubscribed, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately.
8.2 Sending the email newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by e-mail. In accordance with § 107 TKG, we do not have to obtain any separate consent from you for this. In this respect, data processing takes place solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct mail in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you an e-mail. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the person responsible named at the beginning. 8.3 Sending newsletters via Omnisend
Our e-mail newsletters are sent via the technical service provider Omnisend, to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on Omnisend's servers.
Sendinblue uses this information to send and statistically evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. For the evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website. In this way it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. Technical information is also recorded (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymised form and is not linked to your other personal data; direct personal reference is excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyzes can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you want to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Furthermore, Omnisend can use this data in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO due to its own legitimate interest in the needs-based design and optimization of the service as well as for market research purposes, for example to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, Omnisend does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Omnisend, with which we oblige Omnisend to protect our customers' data and not to pass them on to third parties.

9) Online Marketing
Use of Google Ads conversion tracking
