Once your order is shipped you will get a tracking number for your parcel!

It may happen that we can´t send a parcel to your country because of war or other circumstances. If that is the case we will let you know and fully refund your money!

In case of non-delivery the parcel is treated as abandoned and will not be shipped back to us! We do not refund any money of the product or shipping fees if the order was shipped correctly but the receiver didn´t pick it up, refused to pay import tax, etc.!

Import fees may occur for Non-EU member customers.
